At Oro Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items securely in their original Oro Jewels velvet box and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
